Project Design and Development Planning

For each of the stages set out in GEPLAN’s project methodology (Preliminary Study, Preliminary Project, Basic Project, Legal Project and Executive Project), a detailed plan of actions and procedures is drawn up. This planning defines priorities and information to be obtained, determines the products to be delivered and sets deadlines for completion.
