In order to achieve the objectives and targets set in the project planning, GEPLAN implements deadline and production controls at two levels: Operational Control and General and Management Control.
Operational Control covers the progress of services, including the resources used (financial, labor, materials and equipment). This control allows comparison with the parameters defined in the planning and analysis of the services that need to be corrected to ensure compliance with the established deadlines and production. At the same time, it generates information to be inserted into PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) networks.
This control provides the following documents:
At management level, General and Management Control produces all the information necessary for decision-making, enabling corrective measures to be taken in the event of deviations from the objectives and time and production targets established in the project’s planning.
In this activity, the following elements are analyzed:
As a result, management information reports are generated containing a summary of the following information:
With these controls, GEPLAN ensures that projects remain within the established deadlines and budgets, allowing for efficient execution in line with the project’s objectives.
