The cost estimates will be developed by the GEPLAN team following its own methodology, through the use of its database of costs and prices compositions, and use of “software” specific for budgeting.
The budgets prepared have the objective of prior economical and financial planning of the entrepreneur, and hiring of execution services of the works, which estimated values will be used in the process of equalization of the proposals of the companies surveyed.
