Meet José Roberto Bilobran, a Civil Engineer with a successful career! He graduated from PUCPR in 1998 and has postgraduate degrees in Business Management from FAE (1999) and in Construction Management from UTFPR (2011). Having worked at Geplan for four years, José Roberto stands out as the manager responsible for carrying out activities on construction sites, training teams and managing contracts.
His broad experience includes infrastructure and road engineering works, with a focus on earthworks, paving, drainage, bridge construction, viaducts and signaling. He also has expertise in measurements, dealing with clients and subcontractors, and relationships with public and private entities.
